Account Requirements: All Spiffy & Splendid retailers must have a valid state-issued resale permit for their boutique. We cannot open an account without this information.

Cancellations/Returns: All sales are final. Many items are small batch or made to order. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns. 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact support@spiffyandsplendid.com within 72 hours, and we will take care of you!

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS once your order leaves our hands.

Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. 

Retail Pricing: You are required to abide by our minimum retail pricing. Mark downs are allowed after 30 days. 

 Do you offer Sezzle? Yes! We offer Sezzle which allows you to split your entire purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit. We require a minimum order amount of $50 when using Sezzle.
